Warmer patches should not be used again when you are sleeping, as using them in the bedding or when heating devices are used will raise the temperature, which may burn the skin. It also prevents "low temperature burns" during sleep, so if you are cold, choose a safe way to warm up your blanket!
What is a low temperature burn?
"Low temperature burns" are burns caused by heat sources acting locally in the human body for too long at a temperature of around 50°C, with the heat slowly penetrating into the soft tissues. Low temperature burns are often caused by erythema and blistering in people with low heat sensitivity who are unaware of the symptoms.
The term "hypothermia" refers to relatively low temperatures and does not mean the usual low temperatures of a few degrees below zero. Theoretically, any temperature above the body can cause a low temperature burn.
Inapplicable People

2、Babies: Babies have very tender skin and little activity, so prevent low temperature burns.
3、People with diabetes and blood circulation disorders and those with low skin heat sensitivity should be careful when using it.
