01. Design and Development:

The first process in nose strip OEM is design and development. During this stage, the client and the nose strip manufacturer collaborate to create a design for the nose strip. The client provides their specific requirements and the manufacturer creates a design based on their expertise. The design must be able to meet the client's requirements and be feasible for mass production.

After the design is finalized, the manufacturer creates a prototype for the client to review. The client provides feedback on the design, and the manufacturer makes necessary adjustments until the design is perfect.

02. Material Selection and Manufacturing:

Once the design is finalized, the manufacturer selects the appropriate materials for the nose strip. Materials commonly used in nose strips include medical-grade adhesive, non-woven fabric, and PE film.

The manufacturing process involves cutting the materials into the appropriate shape and size, applying the adhesive to the non-woven fabric, and then attaching the PE film. The nose strips are then packaged and sent for quality control.

03. Quality Control and Shipment:

Before the nose strips are shipped to the client, they must go through a strict quality control process. The quality control team checks the nose strips for any defects or imperfections to ensure that they meet the client's requirements.

After the nose strips pass quality control, they are packaged and shipped to the client. The client receives the product and can then distribute them to their customers.

Nose strip OEMinvolves three important processes: design and development, material selection and manufacturing, and quality control and shipment. These processes must be carried out with great care to ensure that the nose strips meet the client's requirements and are of the highest quality.
